All faculty and staff of the District are considered “Responsible Employees,” with the exception of those designated as “confidential resources”; "Responsible Employees" are required to report any incidences and/or reports of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking.
“Responsible Employee” is any District employee who is not a Confidential Resource, and who receives, in the course of employment, information that a student has suffered sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking . A "Responsible Employee" shall promptly notify the Title IX Coordinator or designee upon receipt of such information.
A “Confidential Resource” is an employee who receives a report of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking in their confidential capacity. Designation as a “Confidential Resource” exempts a person from reporting to the Title IX Coordinator but not other mandatory reporting obligations under the law. “Confidential Resources” for the District include the following:
- Personal Counselor(s)
- Designated victim advocacy group representative(s)
Responsible Employees should complete the Title IX Reporting Form and submit it to the Title IX Coordinator for the District.
For additional information and/or questions regarding your obligation to report, please contact the Title IX Coordinator:
